We are currently seeking a Sales and Administrative and/or Accounting Assistant to support our team and work closely with management.
You will be responsible for administrative tasks for the company such as invoicing, monitoring timekeeping, handling incoming calls and reception.
You will also be involved in supporting the company's commercial activities.
Your profile:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in management, administration, accounting or commerce (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2 years' proven experience in a similar role.
- Technical skills: proficiency in office automation tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with ERP or accounting software would be an advantage.
- Good organisational and presentation skills, attention to detail, punctuality, a sense of service, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Outstanding spelling and excellent verbal skills.
- Proficiency in English would be an asset.
